Fondaco is committed to supporting long-term change by developing the principles of sustainability in its own corporate activities.
To better frame and direct its activities in the area of sustainability we used the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda as guidelines.
The Agenda consists of 17 goals, subdivided into 169 subgoals aimed to achieve sustainable progress referring to environmental, social, economic and institutional.

Among these, we have identified those we consider to be priorities for the Company. We can have an impact on diversity, equal opportunities and the environmental impact of our daily activities.

4.5 By 2030, eliminate gender disparities in education and ensure equal access to all levels of education and vocational training for the vulnerable, including persons with disabilities, indigenous and children in vulnerable situations.


7.2 By 2030, increase substantially the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix

8.5 By 2030, achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value.

10.2 By 2030, enhance and promote the social, economic and political inclusion of all, regardless of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic or other status.

12.5 By 2030, substantially reduce waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse.

13.2 Integrate measures to fight climate change into national policies, strategies and planning
